What is STROM SPORTS NUTRITION ASHWAGANDHA KSM-66? 

A high grade patented form of ashwagandha in the for of KSM-66. KSM-66 is full-spectrum ashwagandha extracted from 100% ashwagandha roots and never used the leaves as you'll find in non-ksm66 versions. A full-spectrum extract maintains the natural balance of the various active components that exist in the original herb.

Ashwagandha as KSM-66 is the most researched form and the type of ashwagandha, where the clinical studies make the below claims:

Delivery Outlines & Terms and Conditions

If your order has not been delivered 7 working days after dispatch, please get in touch. We will then raise an investigation into this with the selected courier. We can only refund orders stuck in the courier system, once the courier have declared the order lost/damaged, unless it has been over 28 days since dispatch.

Strike days, weekends and bank holidays do not count as working days.

Missed/Missing Delivery

If your order has been attempted delivery by the courier and it has been missed by yourself, it is then your responsibility to rearrange your delivery with the courier or collect from your local depot. If your order has been returned to sender, we will not be able to action anything further until the order has arrived back at our warehouse. 

If your order is showing as 'Delivered' but you haven't received it, we will always have to arrange for an investigation to be carried out with the courier. Once we have received an outcome to this investigation, we will then be able to move forward with the query. If in the rare occasion the missing delivery isn't located, we will always resend the products, where stock is available, on a signed for service before a refund is offered.

All delivery options are presented to you when you are placing an order on our website. You will be presented with the delivery options that are available to you based on your orders delivery location and order weight. It is your responsibility to select the correct delivery option for you order. 

All delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed, unless otherwise stated.

The following arrangements apply to all delivery orders on our site;

  • We aim dispatch orders on Monday to Friday only and aim to dispatch same day if ordered before 14:00, however, this is not guaranteed.
  • Orders Placed on a Friday or placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday (except for bank holidays when orders will dispatch on the next working day)

UK Mainland (England, southern Scotland (excluding Highlands and Islands) and Wales.

  • Orders with a weight of under 2kg can be placed and dispatched with Royal Mail or DPD, which is usually delivered within 2-3 working days but give up to 7 working days for this standard service
  • Orders with a weight of over 2kg can only be placed and dispatched with DPD. 
  • All orders over £149.99 are eligible for FREE delivery.

Rest of the UK (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles 

  • Orders with a weight of under 2kg can be placed and dispatched with Royal Mail or DPD, which is usually delivered within 2-3 working days but give up to 7 working days for this standard service
  • Orders with a weight of over 2kg can only be placed and dispatched with DPD.

Refund & Return Policy

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods, please first contact us via phone or email to explain the situation.  We accept the return of goods sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Clothing returns will need to be unworn, have the label still attached and still in original packaging. Other Items you cannot return: Free items, Items that have been opened/not in original packaging, samples or gift cards.

How to return items: To return any item you must first contact us via email at info@essentialsupplements.co.uk, so all the relevant information is included in your parcel when you return it.

We suggest you return your items via recorded delivery to ensure that if it doesn't arrive with us you can put in a claim in with the courier. Please pack well to ensure the contents are not damaged in transit.

Courier Returns: If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the delivery address to receive the items, and two attempts have been made by the courier and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the courier, once received back at us, the item will be refunded excluding the cost of delivery.

If the customer refuses delivery due to no issue on our part, the item will be returned to us, a 20% restocking fee will apply plus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us - the difference will be refunded. 

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
